Necromancer Class

Here is my version of a Necromancer class. It may not be a perfect fit for Emberwind's tone and power level, but its game engine supports it really well, and it's been a blast to playtest.

The main builds I wanted to see supported are minion master, minion bomber, condition spread, and some kind of blood magic ("pay life to get X"). Since I knew I needed viable melee builds as well, the blood magic part evolved into a low-health berserker line (which has proven the most difficult to balance). I've explored some new design space with abilities that reward you for having conditions on you, taking damage, being at low health and even for becoming Fallen.
